Taste of Mexico

Promoting economic development in rural Mexico, 'Taste of Mexico' was conducted as a pilot project between September 2010 and February 2011 in northern California, USA, in order to publicize mexican products. 

'Taste of Mexico' was a brand developed by Crea; sponsored by the Consulate of Mexico in Sacramento and supported by the Institute of Mexicans Abroad project. The pilot program involved 22 restaurants in Northern California with the goal of providing high quality Mexican products in the US market and supporting the development of rural communities in Mexico.
